DSP WORKSHOPS

Three ½ day Training Programme

The Mayo Job Club is managed by Mayo North East under contract from the Department of Social Protection. The Job Club delivers a short support for Job Seekers as set out below. (see calendar for venues)

Three  ½ days Workshops

comprising:-

Day 1  10am – 1pm

Interview Technique Coaching entitled “I want that Job” covering steps to success in your job search including Confidence building, Employer awareness & focus.

 

Day 2  10am – 1pm

• Practical steps on Professional CV’s
• Completing Cover Letters
• Job Applications including on-line applications
• Prompt lists around Personal attributes, work history etc
• Setting appointment times to meet each participant on 1 to 1 basis

 

Day 3  10am – 4pm

One to one appointments for each participant to assist with Job Search and their specific issues
