Mayo North East SICAP Health & Well Being Thought for the Day was launched earlier today on Facebook.
We will have a new Thought for the Day for the next seven days.
Each thought has an iconic Mayo image in the background.
We will have some thoughts As Gaeilge, English and Polish.
The SICAP Team trust that the contemplative words of hope and reassurance will resonate strongly with people living in Mayo.
